You can use this as a lasagna sauce or as it's own side dish with whole grain pasta.
Ingredients:
2 whole tomatoes
5-6 sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 red or orange bell pepper
2 t EVOO
1 T fresh basil OR 1 t dried basil
1 t dried oregano
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until desired consistency. I like mine a little chunky. This sauce last for 3 days in the refrigerator
